📦 Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

All orders require 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS for processing before shipping. Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

 

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

 

Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address, email, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

Order Updates:

A confirmation email will be sent after you place your order. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

It Girl Central Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Pickup Policy

 

Pickup Option

We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders instead of choosing standard delivery. To help cover processing and platform fees, a $1 Pickup Fee is applied at checkout.

 

Pickup Location

Pickup exact address will be provided after processing time. Please enter the correct email & phone number to receive address once order is ready for pick-up!

 

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available during business days Monday-Friday 9am-6pm! NO DELIVERY pay shipping fee if you would like order to be delivered. 

 

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

 

How Pickup Works

    1.    Select Pickup at checkout. Charleston SC ONLY 

    2.    Pay the $1 pickup fee.

    3.    Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” message.

    4.    Bring your order confirmation when you arrive

    5.    Valid ID 

 

Holding Period

Orders will be held for 1 day after they are ready for pickup. If not picked up within that period, the order may be cancelled without refund unless other arrangements are made.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

 

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, It Girl Central Co. does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

 

All sales are FINAL.

 

This policy ensures the health, cleanliness, and integrity of all cosmetic products provided to our customers.

 

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact shipping company within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and they will work with you to find a solution.
